Model: The LGB 20225 "Allegra" Swiss modern rail car is perfect for service on indoor or outdoor narrow gauge lines. Model feature a powerful Bhler motor in each powered end car, and can easily pull additional equipment. Reversing LED headlights, a DCC connector, two general-purpose electrical sockets, traction tires and a multi-position selector switch for easy changeover to different types of electrical pickup are standard. All cars feature metal wheels and close coupling, along with superb details that include rear view mirrors, antennas, brake hoses, and snowplows, plus complete driver's compartments and interior details, easily seen and admired thanks to opening doors and working interior lighting.
The limited-run models also feature an MTS decoder that provides a full range of sounds, and the pantographs raise r lower automatically to match the direction of travel. The set comes decorated for the 100th anniversary of the Bernina line in 2010,and includes a commemorative booklet with photos and history of the route.
