When it comes to
modeling European trains one of the more popular Eras to model is Era
I. Era I is desirable because it deals with many of the private state
railways from the years 1835 to 1925. The Bavarian State Railways is
among the most exciting private railways to model because they incorporated
many unique and impessive steam locomotives. The
CIV was used in both passenger and freight service.
Micro-Metakit's
model is completely functional just like the prototype. The model has
a functional twin drive system like the original. It also features a
brushless, ironless "Faulhaber" motor, full cab interior,
functional boiler hatch with inner boiler details. The CIV is handmade
out of brass and available in 4 versions. The CIV has too many technical
and optical details to list. Quantities are limited so don't wait too
long to order.
