    For the 10th anniversary of the 303rd pursuit squadron in 1987, this Phantom received a striking special livery. The unit was established in 1977 as reaction to the unhindered entry of the Soviet deserter Viktor Belenko with his MiG-25 into Japanese air space (see Herpa item 554305).
