Prototype: Hundreds of Soviet T-34/76 tanks were captured by the Wehrmacht on the Eastern Front between the summer of 1941 and the summer of 1943 while the Germans were still moving eastward. Some were put into German service as early as August 1941 as the T-34 was superior to most tanks the Wehrmacht was fielding at that time. Referred to as the Panzerkampfwagen T-34 747(r), over 300 T-34s were used by the Wehrmacht throughout the way, maintained at captured Soviet workshops and through cannibalizing others. Other T-34s which were not easily repairable were used as static pillboxes, the tank buried in the ground up to its turret, or T-34 turrets were mounted on German armored trains. T-34s deployed in the field had to have Balkankreuzen or swastikas painted on the top of the turret to avoid being attacked by Luftwaffe aircraft. Frequently T-34s were used for infantry support in order to avoid being misidentified by other German tanks.

PLEASE NOTE: These models are all handmade and painted which makes every one unique. This means the paint patterns may vary a little and the detail parts like sandbags, turret tracks, antennas, etc. may also be arranged differently. This was also the case in real life. These models are very prototypical.
