Product Features and Details
Level of Difficulty: Standard
In a coking plant, the combustible coke is produced from supplied mixed coal under air exclusion and heating to 900 - 1,400° C. As soon as contact is made with the oxygen through the opening, the coke starts to burn. To prevent that it must be extinguished and cooled quickly with water. The water vapour is channelled off over the extinguishing tower. In a closed bunker the coke is broken, sieved, and loaded from the extinguishing tower into wagons or trucks over the hoists.
Comprehensive industrial plant with everything needed for coke production and processing.
