This version is specific to the "EDELWEISS" express train passenger car set and features modifications to the smoke deflectors typical for this type. The locomotive is equipped with dual kerosene headlights, one mounted above and one below, and bears the road number EST 241 004, representing its appearance around 1931.

The train's route encompassed Amsterdam, The Hague, Rotterdam, Brussels, Luxembourg, Strasbourg, Basel, Lucerne, and Zurich.
