Class 181.2 Electric Locomotive
Prototype: Schlünß Eisenbahn Logistik (SEL) class 181.2 electric locomotive. Orient red basic paint scheme. Road number 181 218-9. The locomotive looks as it did as of September 2025 with the initials GÖPPINGEN.
Model: The locomotive has an mfx digital decoder and extensive sound functions. Controlled high-efficiency propulsion with a centrally mounted flywheel. All four axles are driven by cardan shafts. Traction tires.
Triple headlights and two red taillights change over with the direction of travel, will work in conventional operation and can be controlled digitally. Headlights on ends 2 and 1 can each be turned off separately digitally. Double-A light function. Cab lighting changes over with the direction of travel, and the engine room lighting can be controlled digitally. The lighting is maintenance-free, warm white and red light-emitting diodes (LEDs).
With buffer memory. Pantographs can be raised and lowered digitally. Separately applied imitation rails, grab rails, windshield wipers, UIC sockets, and roof wires are included. Buffer height according to NEM.
Brake lines, screw couplings, and various sockets are included as separately attachable parts. Length over buffers 20.5 cm.
