Prototype: Class 01 express steam locomotive of the German Federal Railroad (DB), with 2´2´T34 coal tender. Large Wagner smoke deflectors, silver-colored boiler bands, and buffer beam warning stripes. Operating condition circa 1950.
Model: Version of the Class 01 with Wagner smoke deflectors. Equipped with a coreless motor, finely detailed linkage, brake imitations, and snowplows. Authentically equipped with an inductive train control (Indusi) magnet and buffer beam warning stripes.
LED headlights. Tender with spoked wheels.
