Prototype: Swiss Federal Railways (SBB) class RAe TEE II electric express powered rail car train. The train looks as it did in Era IV.
Model: This is completely new tooling for a 6-part class RAe in cooperation with the firm AZL. The train is modelled in plastic and metal. The motor car is prototypically powered. Warm white LEDs are used for the headlights in the powered end cars. The headlights and marker lights change over with the direction of travel from 3 x white to 2 x red. The cars all have built-in interior details. Traction tires. There are special close coupled connections between the units that only work with this train. Length of the train 670 mm / 26-3/8".
