When implementing the series 101 on a scale of 1: 160, PIKO perfectly matched the external design of the three-phase locomotive. Details such as the single-arm pantographs of the type DSA 350 have been delicately reproduced. The sharply engraved bogies behind the deeply drawn-down aprons round off the visual impression of the locomotive perfectly. A powerful mid-engine provides propulsion in the model. Two brass flywheels on the motor shaft create excellent synchronization. The locomotive also has two diagonally arranged wheels with traction tires for good traction. In addition to the LED headlights, the model also has driver's cab lighting.
