New in 2024: The MRCE BR 185 electric locomotive in era VI as a contemporary model in N gauge. The striking proportions of the prototype were perfectly transferred to scale into the model. The detailed engraved bogies, individually attached sandpits, free-standing handles and delicate current collectors are evidence of modern tool making and excellent manufacturing techniques. The powerful mid-engine with its two finely balanced flywheels ensures excellent driving characteristics and high traction performance, which is further supported by two traction tires arranged diagonally on the middle axles. The model comes ex works with maintenance-free LED lighting with light changes depending on the direction of travel, as well as a PSD XP sound decoder, which enables even more true-to-life operation on the model railway layout.
