Novelty 2024: Form variant of the BR 117 as the E 17 of the DB in Era III. The model reproduces the distinctive shapes of the model true to scale. The locomotive also impresses in detail, as it has delicate hand rods and roof cables as well as free-standing sandboxes and springs. When implementing the model, the specific features of the model were taken into account, including the front design and the three-part front windows. Technically, the PIKO model is in tune with the times and has silky-smooth driving characteristics, good pulling power and built-in light changes as standard.
