The PIKO Class 71 railcar shows all relevant details of its prototype and impresses with the finest paintwork and printing, raised nameplates on the sides, extra cab handles, door handlebars, sharply engraved bogie covers, and more. The model has LED directional lighting, full interior fitting, factory-installed sound decoder, interior illumination and is equipped with a powerful five-pole motor with a precisely balanced centrifugal flywheel that drives all four axes. Like all Piko locomotives, class 71 has excellent driving characteristics. The heavy PIKO model also has two traction tires and a heavy zinc die-cast frame giving it strong pulling power.
