Replica of the four-axle 3rd class compartment coach of the SNCB (formerly a Saxon compartment coach), Era III. Version without brakeman's cab.
These coach types were primarily used for passenger service, but also for express train services. Typical features included the curved roof without clerestory windows and the compartment doors on the sides of the coach. The model features separately applied handrails, a fan, and fine engravings. It has a NEM 362 coupler pocket and close-coupling mechanism.
