New for 2022: In contrast to the original, the PIKO models of the three-axle conversion wagons did not use existing parts, but instead an Expert model was completely redesigned. The scale vehicles reproduce the original exactly down to the smallest detail. Individually attached handle bars are just as much a part of the contemporary design as flush-fitting, crystal-clear windows and detailed interior fittings. The loving design continues on the floor of the car. It convinces with free-standing lines, a filigree brake rod as well as maneuvering handles and catch irons made of metal. Like the prototype, the PIKO conversion wagons come on the market as close-coupled parcels and, thanks to the precisely guided close coupling kinematics, have a prototypical distance between the wagons. This new design is rounded off by the optionally available interior lighting. Together with the excellent PIKO locomotive model of the E 32 (item no. 51410), prototypical train sets can be formed, which are an absolute eye-catcher on every layout.
