This is the reliable and simple but very effective Roco kurzkupplung. If you do not need the full 50 piece bag, this is a good alternative. This coupler is recommended for european passenger cars, but it is also great for freight and locomotives. It features a soft coupling, easy uncoupling, and a prototypical buffer to buffer separation between cars.
