    DB Class 50 1751 steam locomotive, Era III, with sound.

    - 4-dome boiler design without bell
    - With small lamps on the front buffer beam
    - With fine metal wheelsets and connecting and coupling rods made of
    cast metal

    Originally, the Class 50 locomotives were equipped with a bell.

    As part of the standardization measures, the bell was omitted, and due to boiler replacements and modifications, later locomotives with lower numbers were also found without a bell.
