Prototype: Privately owned car used on the German Federal Railroad (DB). Special car for the transport of hot, molten crude iron. Built starting in 1967.
Model: Era III - IV, diecast metal truck bolsters and torpedo. Car comes with a built-in DCC-Selectrix decoder, motorized drive for turning the torpedo and glowing light inside the torpedo. Torpedo can be turned to the right or the left and can be controlled from a digital locomotive controller. Interior lighting with glowing red LED can be controlled digitally, hatch over the opening can be removed. Car comes with NEM coupler pockets and close coupler mechanism. Minimum required radius for operation 360 mm / 14-3/16". Length over the buffers 390 mm.
