Electric Locomotive Class 181.2
Prototype: Schlünß Eisenbahn Logistik (SEL) class 181.2 electric locomotive. Orient red basic paint scheme. Road number 181 218-9. Operation as it did as of September 2025 with the first name GÖPPINGEN.
Model: With a digital decoder and extensive sound functions. Controlled high-efficiency propulsion with a centrally mounted flywheel. All four axles driven by cardan shafts. Traction tires.
Triple headlights and two red taillights change over with the direction of travel, in conventional operation and can be controlled digitally. Headlights on ends 2 and 1 can each be digitally turned off separately. Double-A light function. Cab lighting changes over with the direction of travel, and engine room lighting can be controlled digitally. Lighting is provided by maintenance-free warm white and red light-emitting diodes (LEDs).
With buffer storage. Pantograph can be raised and lowered digitally. Separately applied radio imitation, grab rails, windshield wipers, UIC sockets, and roof wiring. Buffer height according to NEM.
Brake lines, screw couplings, and various sockets are included as separately attachable parts. Length over buffers 20.5 cm.
