New for 2022: The shapely "Laminatka" from PIKO will appear for the first time in size TT. The grace of the machine was transferred to the scale 1: 120 and an absolutely coherent overall picture was created. The many attractive details, such as the skylights in the engine room, were elegantly implemented and the highly structured lines of the locomotive body were visualized with sharp engravings. Technical elements such as the bogies were precisely reproduced. The colorful paintwork of the prototype, including dynamic-looking decorative elements, also looks great in the model. The "Laminatka" is driven by a powerful central motor with two flywheels, which acts on all four axles of the locomotive. The red and white lighting, which changes with the direction of travel, is of course implemented using modern LED technology. The sound model of the BR S 499.1 has a PSD XP 5.1 S SoundDecoder of the latest generation ex works and also has PIKO TrainSound onboard.
