Model: The locomotive is in an Era VI version with round buffers. The locomotive has a motor with a bell-shaped armature. The locomotive can be run electrically off of catenary. There is a reversing screw inside the locomotive for catenary operation. The locomotive has enlarged buffer
plates. Both trucks and all axles are powered. There are triple headlights that change over with the direction of travel. Warm white LEDs are used for the lighting. The locomotive has dark nickel-plated wheel treads.
