The new design of this important vehicle type not only closes a gap in the PIKO range, but will also enrich many model railway layouts of epochs III to V with numerous variants. The development team has implemented the striking design of the prototype in outstanding quality in the model and at the same time achieved ideal driving characteristics. These attributes are underlined by the effective use of perfect engravings and a coherent paint finish down to the smallest detail. Contemporary LED technology serves as the basis for the light change in red/white as well as the light functions that can be switched by retrofitting a digital decoder.
