    The wagons are intended specially for the transport of bulk materials such as coke, lime and carbide. They were used by the DR in the densely populated centres of the chemical industry in the former German Democratic Republic and are still running on the DB AG tracks in the Harz, Frankfurt/Main and Ludwigshafen areas. The goods are loaded into three buckets which can be removed from the bogies.
